A few months ago the Clorox brand worked with our partners Humble Design, an organization that helps end homelessness — one family at a time, by transforming empty houses into welcoming homes for people transitioning out of shelters.
The Cleaning division broke into teams and got to work. Some folks crafted and some shopped for furniture and décor. Some stocked the pantry while others were on-site, cleaning and furnishing a first home for an Oakland family coming out of homelessness.
This is part of our effort to live our brand purpose. Clorox champions a cleaner world where people thrive, and this project allowed us to do that in our own backyard.
From that day, we put together this video story about the transformation we did for this Oakland family.
