Ingredients Inside Canada
We invite you to take a closer look at the fine print on the Clorox family of products. You’ll find detailed information on all of the ingredients we use in nearly every cleaning and disinfecting product in the U.S. and Canada — call readily accessible and easy to understand — to help you make informed choices for your family and home.
Clorox requires that all third-party suppliers comply with industry guidelines that define safe use levels of individual fragrance ingredients and now voluntarily discloses all fragrance components identified as potential allergens by the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety, an advisory board to the European Union, in our household and professional cleaning, disinfecting, and laundry products when they are present at a concentration of 0.01 percent or greater of the product.
Clorox uses ingredient names adopted by the Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA) and the cosmetics industry (International Names for Cosmetic Ingredients, or INCI) whenever possible for consistency and simplicity. Where it is appropriate, ingredient listings are supplemented with names that are likely to be more meaningful to consumers.
