I’m from Mexico City, and I’m the brand content manager for the Clorox Studio in Latin America (“LATAM”), which means I get to make content to communicate with our consumers, engage with them, and help build brand equity for Clorox. In previous jobs, I would work with just one market, and now I work with a lot since LATAM includes countries in Central, South and also North America. I get the opportunity to work with Clorox brands in places like Mexico, Peru, Chile and Puerto Rico.
All of the brands have a different positioning depending on the market. You have to know the challenges, and you have to know the consumers in each of these countries to make the right decisions. I like this about the international business, because you get to know how our brands are part of different cultures. It’s super interesting, I think that’s the best part of my job.
The people here at Clorox always want to support you to be better at your job. Our managers are always motivating us. Seeing your managers always pushing and sharing that enthusiasm, I think that’s super cool. It makes this a great place to work and a great environment where everyone wants to be better.

There are lots of opportunities to grow at Clorox. All of my career has been in business marketing, dealing with things like pricing, market share or retail strategies. I always wanted to be in content, and Clorox gave me the chance to move to this role where I could learn new skills to make me a more well-rounded marketer.
