I’m marketing director for the AMEA region, which includes Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. I help marketers across AMEA solve consumer tensions and make their lives better.

I joined the company 13 years ago because I was attracted to the brands. I mean, they’re iconic. I have been using Clorox products for my entire life, so it was a big opportunity for me to actually work with those businesses.

The most exciting thing I’ve done here is the most difficult thing as well. During the pandemic, I was working for the Clorox brand in Latin America, and it was a very challenging time, but it was also very rewarding — we developed a lot of relevant innovation and educational communication, and we managed to serve communities in an impactful way.

Clorox encourages you to be brave. We are constantly talking about growth. We are constantly trying to push ourselves to go further, and they always support your ambition to do things differently. Being courageous here means raising the bar and challenging yourself.

I’ve been given the opportunity to have an international career, which has been an incredible growth opportunity for me. There’s nothing you can’t do at Clorox. They give you the right balance between empowering you to do things, and the freedom to go and do them. It’s up to you where you can go and what you can achieve.
