Matt Gunter is senior vice president, enterprise value transformation of The Clorox Company.   

In this role, Gunter leads enterprise-wide efforts to drive value creation through multiple lenses, including cost transformation, revenue growth management, integrated business planning, and enterprise data strategy. He partners across The Clorox Company to drive cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision-making that supports the company’s growth strategy and margin aspirations.  

 Prior to joining Clorox in 2023 as vice president of margin transformation, Gunter held leadership roles in finance and operations at multiple companies, including The Home Depot, Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, and Deluxe Corporation. Through these roles, he developed extensive experience in multiple key functional areas, including business transformation, supply chain, and finance.   

He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Emory University.
