Ms. Ticknor was President of the Imaging and Printing Systems group of the Hewlett Packard Company (a global IT company) from 1999 until her retirement in 2001. Ms. Ticknor served as President and General Manager of Hewlett Packard Company's LaserJet Solutions from 1994 to 1999. In addition, Ms. Ticknor consults for entrepreneurs and venture capital firms. She previously served as a director of OfficeMax Inc. (formerly Boise Cascade) and Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, a private non-profit organization at the Stanford University Medical Center. Ms. Ticknor has been a director at Clorox since 2005.
