Ms. Thomas-Graham has served as Chief Talent, Branding and Communications Officer at Credit Suisse Group since January 2010. She is also a member of the Executive Board and is the first woman member in the bank's history. From March 2008 to December 2009, she served as a managing director in the private equity group at Angelo, Gordon & Co. (a private investment management firm). From October 2005 to December 2007, Ms. Thomas-Graham held the position of Group President, Wholesale Apparel, at Liz Claiborne, Inc. (a designer and marketer of apparel, accessories and fragrances). Previously, she served as Chairman of CNBC (a media and entertainment company) from February 2005 to October 2005 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CNBC from July 2001 to February 2005. From September 1999 to July 2001, Ms. Thomas-Graham served as an Executive Vice President of NBC and as President and Chief Executive Officer of CNBC.com. Prior to joining NBC, Ms. Thomas-Graham was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she was the first African American partner in the firm's history. Ms. Thomas-Graham also serves on the Board of the New York City Opera, the Board of Governors of the Parsons School of Design and the Education Committee of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Additionally, she served on the Visiting Committee of Harvard Business School. She previously served as a director of Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ms. Thomas-Graham has been a director at Clorox since 2005.
