Who We Are

Here's why Clorox Chairman and CEO Don Knauss came to work here and thinks you should, too.

A Message From CEO Don Knauss

Two of the biggest reasons I joined Clorox were the people and culture. This company is known for smart, talented employees, and my experience bears that out. I find the passion people here have for our brands truly inspiring. From maintaining the quality of our products, to developing processes that help us manage our resources, to working with our retail partners, everything we do is ultimately about delighting the consumer.

Clorox people believe in winning, yes, but winning the right way. Our company's culture is based on deeply held values that guide us every day: stretch for results, do the right thing, take personal ownership and work together to win. As we seek out the talented individuals who will shape Clorox's future, we look for people who can bring these values to life through the leadership traits of integrity, curiosity, optimism, compassion and humility. It is my firm belief that these five traits — along with the commitment to our values — make a significant difference in the workplace. They lay the foundation for a culture where the best and the brightest want to work and stay.

I am proud to be part of this organization of diverse, principled and passionate individuals, working to build some of consumers' most trusted brands. At Clorox, you truly do have the opportunity to make your mark in millions of homes every day.
