Practice interviewing — Open-ended questions
(for example, "Tell me about a time when ...") are often used in the Clorox interview
process to assess leadership, management and influence skills. Be prepared to talk
about your strengths and areas for development. Also practice answering some questions
you might ask if you were the interviewer.

Relax and be yourself — Interviews usually
begin with some informal conversation. This helps set the tone, and gives you and
the interviewer an opportunity to get to know each other.

Ask questions about the position and our company

Be honest — If you don't know how to answer
a question, just say so or ask for clarification. If the job requires experience
you don't have, highlight any closely related experience. |
