The Corporate Analysis and Control team supports the company’s executive committee by analyzing key business drivers behind actual results, providing estimates about future financial results, and making recommendations to ensure we achieve company objectives. Paola says, “We analyze trends, and identify issues and opportunities to help deliver business results. We also lead process-improvement initiatives to improve our speed, our efficiency, and enable timely decision-making. Finance has very smart and committed people who play an important role in every aspect of Clorox’s businesses."
